1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MoveTrack Fitness ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

MoveTrack Fitness is a functional fitness tracking application for iOS and Android that provides workout timers, load tracking, workout library, training program management, body assessment tools, and a plate calculator. The App operates entirely on your device and does not require an internet connection for core functionality.

3. In-App Purchases

MoveTrack Fitness offers optional Pro features available through in-app purchases managed via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. These include monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, and lifetime purchases. All payments are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

Subscription renewals are automatic unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through your Apple ID settings or Google Play subscriptions.

4. User Data and Privacy

All data created within the App is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on our data practices.

5. Fitness Disclaimer

MoveTrack Fitness is a tracking and timing tool — it is not a substitute for professional fitness instruction, medical advice, or physical therapy. Always consult with a qualified fitness professional before starting any new exercise program. Use the App at your own risk and listen to your body.

The 1RM calculations and percentage recommendations provided by the App are estimates based on widely-used formulas and should be used as guidelines only, not absolute values.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and code within MoveTrack Fitness are the property of Latitude Zero Tech and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Latitude Zero Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, physical injury, or loss of profits.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App for any user who violates these Terms.
