Privacy Policy

Latitude Zero Tech ("we", "our", or "us") built MoveTrack Fitness ("the App") as a commercial application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.

Information We Collect

Data You Provide

All fitness data you enter is stored locally on your device only. We do not have access to it. This includes:

• Body measurements: weight, height, body fat percentage, lean mass, skinfold measurements, and body circumferences
• Workout results: times, repetitions, rounds, loads used, rate of perceived exertion (RPE), and personal records
• Strength records: one-rep max (1RM) entries for movements
• Training programs: custom workouts, programs, and training blocks
• Notes: any text you enter in workout or assessment notes
• Preferences: unit system (kg/lbs), barbell weight, available plates, sound and haptic settings

Data Collected Automatically

• Subscription status: We use RevenueCat, a third-party service, to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat receives your purchase history and subscription status from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. RevenueCat does not receive any of your fitness data. You can review RevenueCat's privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.
• Usage analytics: We collect anonymous usage events (e.g., "timer started", "workout completed") to improve the App. These events do not contain personal information and are not linked to your identity.
• Device identifier: An anonymous identifier is generated and stored locally on your device for the purpose of controlling the use of artificial intelligence features. This identifier is not linked to your personal identity and is used exclusively to manage usage quotas.
• Error reports: We use Sentry to automatically collect information about app crashes and errors. This data includes technical information such as device type, operating system version, app version, and stack traces. It does not include personal data or workout data.

Data We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect:

• Name, email address, or phone number
• Date of birth, age, or gender
• Location or GPS data
• Photos, contacts, or calendar data
• Device identifiers for advertising purposes
• Health data from Apple Health or Google Fit

No account creation or login is required to use the App.

How We Use Your Information

• Subscription management: To verify your subscription status and restore purchases across devices via RevenueCat.
• App improvement: Anonymous usage analytics help us understand which features are most used and improve the App experience.
• Controlling usage quotas for artificial intelligence features.
• Identifying and fixing app errors and crashes via Sentry.

Artificial Intelligence Features

The App offers optional artificial intelligence features, such as smart workout import and training program generation. When using these features:

• The workout text or image you provide is sent to our servers for processing by the Claude API (Anthropic).
• Processing is performed through an intermediary server hosted on Cloudflare.
• Your anonymous device identifier and subscription type are sent exclusively for usage quota control.
• We do not store the workout content you send. Data is processed in real time and discarded after the response is returned.
• Using these features requires an internet connection.

Data Storage and Security

All your fitness data (workouts, body assessments, strength records, programs) is stored exclusively on your device in a local database. We do not operate servers that store your personal fitness data.

AI usage control information (anonymous identifier and monthly usage count) is temporarily stored on Cloudflare KV and automatically removed at the end of each usage period.

Deleting all local data is permanent when you remove the app.

Data Export

You may export your workout results to a CSV file at any time using the export feature in the App. This file is generated locally and shared using your device's native sharing options.

We do not use any advertising networks or sell your data to third parties.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Your Rights

Since your data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it at all times. You can:

• Delete any individual workout result, body assessment, or strength record within the App
• Export your workout data to CSV
• Remove all data by deleting the App from your device

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
